New Zealand – Winter 2019

In July 2019 I travelled to the amazing South Island New Zealand.

Excited was an understatement as this was my first winter adventure, as I normally gravitate towards chasing the summer season.

During the two week adventure I saw plenty of what the South Island had to offer with a group of other amazing photographers.

Highlights include the incredible Milford Sound, Lake Tekapo, Mount Cook National Park, Moeraki, Catlins Forest Park and some tree in the water at Wanaka that I’m told is kind of a big deal.

Add to the great trip were some perfect conditions for Astro Photography. Those 2 am wake up calls to get the milky way are well worth getting up for.

Sharing these images just makes me want to go back.
